I am so excited about my entry for this week! I’ve slowly been teaching myself Photoshop over the last few months and textures was not something I had learned about yet. I looked up a couple of tutorials and gave it a shot and this is what my finished product looks like

Well I just finished up my second week with Jenny and Your Shape and what a trip it has been! It’s getting easier but I’m still amazed at how out of shape I actually am.
After a frustrating week 1 where I didn’t loose any weight I’m happy to announce that I have lost 11 pounds this week! It feels really great to say that. I’m not exactly sure what made the difference but I changed several things this week.
1. Upped my water intake ~ I’m still nowhere... Winner ~ Your Shape for Wii

I have chosen the following photo for two reasons, 1) it is of my best friend and I when we visited her last summer and it is the first photo of us together with all of our kids. She is the closest thing I have to a sister and in our hearts we are family. 2) The photo is taken at the beautiful Opryland Hotel, where I am heading very soon for Blissdom!
