Billy Elliot has arrived in the 'Burg and you don't want to miss it! I attended the opening night performance Tuesday and I was blown away. It made me laugh, made me cry, and gave me the chills in my book when you add those 3 things together the sum is a perfect show.

This is one of my favorite comfort food recipes for cold winter weekends I have been making it for as long as I can remember and everyone loves it! I hope you enjoy it too!
Ingredients
7 medium potatoes
2 carrots
1 stalk celery
3 cups milk
2 cups water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3 tbsp margarine
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp season salt
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Clean and peel potatoes, carrots and celery
Dice vegetables into 1//2 inch pieces and place in a stock pot

When we go visit my aunt she always makes the most amazing sticky bun for breakfast. I always want to make it at home but 1. We can't always have a video camera attached to our hands although i'm sure there are many times we all wish we did so wecould capture moments in our children's lives that we want to remember forever. I may not tote a video camera around all the time, but you would be hard pressed to find me without my phone in my hand which is why I'm thankful my Bionic has a video function on it.
It is much easier to sneak out a cell phone and caputre a possibly camera shy...
