The Hebrew National Better-Than-a-Picnic Picnic came to Pittsburgh yesterday and despite the rain, it was a huge success! It was so rewarding to see our ideas and work come to such an awesome conclusion. The idea behind the Better-Than-a-Picnic Picnic’s is to bring the community together for a fun day as well as to provide services for the community. There were hot dogs of course!

Day two of our mother daughter trip to NYC  started bright and early at ABC studios to be a part of the studio audience of Good Morning America!  It was really cool to see how they produce a live tv show.  Although we didn’t get any airtime, we did have fun and we got to meet Robin and George.
