The kids weren't able to find him this morning, which cracks me up because he's sort of in plain sight. My kids are 10 and 12 and we just started this tradition last year but they love it. I think it appeals to a lot of ages.<br/><br/>I've found this to be a terrific way to spread the Christmas feeling throughout the season, instead of all the focus on one big day.
