Today my baby girl turns 13.  I know it sounds cliche buy it seems like only yesterday I was holding my first born in my arms soaking up all her sweetness.  She was all I had ever dreamed of, all I had ever wanted and there she was, all mine, my baby girl.

As much as I miss my baby girl, I am enjoying watching my daughter grow into a young woman.  She is like a mini me, we share the same passion for books, photography and music.  We enjoy spending girl time together and are both very excited to be visiting New York City together in a few weeks (her birthday present).   I look back on the last 13 years with joy and love and look forward to the bright future waiting for my beautiful girl.

A few weeks ago we were in Erie and Pookey said “Mom grab your camera and lets go take pictures of me” and this is what we got.
