If your kids are fans of LEGO this event is a must see for your family. The 2012 tour dates were announced a few months ago and Pittsburgh was just recently added to the list and we could not be more excited!
LEGO KidsFest 2012 Tour Dates
What Will You See and Do at the LEGO KidsFest?
Here are some of the things we did last year in Pittsburgh
Played in a giant pile of LEGOS
Attended a Master Builder Academy Class and built a space ship
Met LEGO Master Builder Chris. Austin was THRILLED, this is what he wants to do when he grows up.
Created a mosaic tile to be added to the giant LEGO mosaic created in each city.
Built our own LEGO Creation plate to be added to the giant USA map
Posed with lots of cool LEGO creations!
As you can see we had a fun filled LEGO day! The price tag to get into the event is a bit steep at $18 for kids and $20 for adults, but if you are a LEGO loving family like we are it is well worth it in my opinion and we can't wait to go again this year.
