Well I just finished up my second week with Jenny and Your Shape and what a trip it has been! It’s getting easier but I’m still amazed at how out of shape I actually am.
After a frustrating week 1 where I didn’t loose any weight I’m happy to announce that I have lost 11 pounds this week! It feels really great to say that. I’m not exactly sure what made the difference but I changed several things this week.
1. Upped my water intake ~ I’m still nowhere... On The Road (Sky) Again
I have always enjoyed traveling but never really got to do much of it. We would goto the beach each summer and that was about as far as I would get. I have always wanted to travel more and since I have started blogging my wish has come true. Over the last year I have been fortunate enough to visit the following places

I’ll be the first to admit, I don’t take care of myself like I should. I know I should eat better (and less) and cut back on my Pepsi but I don’t.
