LEGO KidsFest... Lego CL!CK
The highlight of my trip to the Toy Fair was the Lego Blogger cocktail.
I don’t talk about it much here on my blog (I am going to start sharing more) but if you know me in real life you know that my 9 year old Austin is a Lego FANATIC. When we went to NYC in December that’s all he wanted to do was goto the Lego store. We are heading to Disney soon and again that’s all he can talk about. Heck with Mickey he wants to go to the Lego store.

I woke up this morning and realized Halloween is next weekend! Where did October go! I’m considering making costumes this year (something I haven’t done in quite some time) so as I was searching I thought I would share some I found that are quick and easy to make in case you are in the same boat as me right now. Here are some of our favorite ways to spend family time
Family game night ~ some of our favorite games are Blokus, Yatzee and Apples to Apples.
Swimming ~ we are a family of fish and whenever we can we goto the pool. I wish it was warm year round in PA
Movie night ~ make a huge bowl of buttery popcorn and pop in a DVD that everyone likes.
Sports ~ we are a big sports family and spend a lot of time on the ball... New York, New York ~ Day 2
Day two of our mother daughter trip to NYC started bright and early at ABC studios to be a part of the studio audience of Good Morning America! It was really cool to see how they produce a live tv show. Although we didn’t get any airtime, we did have fun and we got to meet Robin and George.
