I have been so busy lately and I have so much to share with you all! I am going to start with my trip to New York City with my 13 year old daughter Pookey.
Pookey has been dying to goto New York City and when an opportunity arose from Affinia Hotels, I took it and took off to NYC with my daughter for some mother/daughter time. Pookey, the oldest of my 4 kids and my only girl, is always babysitting for me, hanging out at her brothers sporting events and basically doing boy stuff, so I...

Ok so you saw the photos I posted yesterday of the photo shoot I had with my daughter a few weeks ago right? Well as you know no photo shoot is complete without the outtakes so I decided to make up another collage today and show you some of the outtakes.

Today my baby girl turns 13. I know it sounds cliche buy it seems like only yesterday I was holding my first born in my arms soaking up all her sweetness. She was all I had ever dreamed of, all I had ever wanted and there she was, all mine, my baby girl.
As much as I miss my baby girl, I am enjoying watching my daughter grow into a young woman. She is like a mini me, we share the same passion for books, photography and music. We enjoy spending girl time together and are both very...
